How it works Connect once, then it runs

Less chasing. More getting paid.

Sign in to your accounting system from PaymentDue and your customers and invoices come across in minutes. Nothing is typed in twice, and nothing in your books is changed.

  1. See who owes you, at a glance

Everyone who owes you money on one screen — how much, and how late — with the worst first. No reports to run and no spreadsheets.

The list of customers who owe money, each with how late they are and how much they owe.
  2. Reminders go out on their own

Choose the days once. PaymentDue emails customers as invoices fall due and run late, and stops when they pay. Before anything goes out, it shows you exactly who will be emailed.

Before switching reminders on: a list of the four customers the first reminders would go to, and how late each is.
  3. One clear email per customer

A customer who owes several invoices gets one email listing them all, with the total. It goes out in your business’s name, in words you can change.

A reminder email to Karoo Coffee Roasters listing two overdue invoices and the total owed.

Questions

What owners ask us.

Which accounting systems does PaymentDue work with?

Xero, QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books. You connect through your accounting system’s own sign-in page, so PaymentDue never sees your accounting password.

My accounting software already sends reminders. Why use PaymentDue?

Reminders built into accounting software are usually set up invoice by invoice, and working out who owes you what is still up to you. PaymentDue puts everyone who owes you on one screen, worst first, sends each customer one email listing everything they owe, and shows you exactly who will be emailed before anything goes out.

Will it email my customers without me knowing?

No. Automatic reminders stay off until you switch them on, and before you do PaymentDue shows exactly who the first reminders would go to. You can leave any customer out.

Does PaymentDue take payments or change my books?

No. Your customers pay you exactly as they do now, and PaymentDue never touches the money. It only reads your customers and invoices — nothing in your accounting system is changed.

Can my bookkeeper or staff use it too?

Yes. Invite people as an Owner, an Editor who can send reminders, or a Viewer who can only look. Only the companies you own are billed.
